Emissions-related congestion charge will increase CO2

A report from King’s College never publicly released by Transport for London (TfL) reveals that Mayor Ken Livingstone’s new emissions-related congestion charge is estimated by TfL’s own consultants to increase CO2 in Greater London by 182,000 tonnes. New road tax prices lack consistency

According to latest research from Parker’s Car Guides, the MINI reclaimed its crown as the UK’s slowest depreciating car in 2007. In its annual depreciation report, Parker’s compared last January’s new prices with what an owner can expect if they sell privately now.
