Cadillac aims to make the CTS-V the world’s fastest production sedan

As final testing of the limited-edition 2009 CTS-V nears completion, Cadillac has announced the following performance specifications for all-new 2009 CTS-V: * CTS-V, with its supercharged 6.2-litre LSA engine, has achieved SAE-certified peak output of 556 horsepower (415 kW) at 6100 rpm and 551 lb.-ft. World-renowned film composer and trumpet player Terence Blanchard has completed the score for Cadillac Records, the feature film about the story of Chess Records, the label in the 1950s that was home to Chuck Berry, Etta James, Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf. To be released Dec. 5th by Sony’s Tristar Pictures, the film stars Beyonc Knowles, Oscar® winner Adrien Brody, Jeffrey Wright and Mos Def.
