Volkswagen Group reports increased sales revenue and sharp rise in profit

The Volkswagen Group has delivered more vehicles, increased sales revenue and recorded a sharp rise in profit in the first quarter of 2008. The Volkswagen Group delivered 1.57 million vehicles worldwide in the first three months, an increase of 7 percent. Sales revenue grew by 1.4 percent to €27.0 billion. Kia increases Carens MPV range

Kia Motors have added a seven seater 2.0 petrol LS derivative to their Carens MPV range. The 2.0 litre 142bhp petrol unit comes married to either a five speed manual or four speed automatic transmission. This MPV benefits from many of the existing features of the LS high level spec.
