Peugeot: Rental car impacts future car buying decision

Avis has surveyed more than 2,500 renters in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. This survey has revealed the true impact on a driver’s future new car purchase each time they get behind the wheel of a daily rental car. Each renter had a high degree of car ownership, with 75% of UK drivers owning two cars per household rising to 83% amongst French drivers. Percassi: Ferrari to open first Ferrari Store in London

Ferrari has signed an agreement for the opening of the first Ferrari Store in the British market. The Ferrari Store, which will be managed by the Percassi Group, will be located on Regent Street, one of London’s most exclusive thoroughfares, and will cover around 550 square metres spread over two levels. PSA Peugeot Citroën is to develop a new family of 1-litre 3-cylinder petrol engines with power ranging from 70 to 100hp. Porsche: Emissions-related congestion charge will increase CO2

A report from King’s College never publicly released by Transport for London (TfL) reveals that Mayor Ken Livingstone’s new emissions-related congestion charge is estimated by TfL’s own consultants to increase CO2 in Greater London by 182,000 tonnes.
